Let yourself be carried away on a journey of flavor and traditional Italian cuisine. Recipes ranging from Veneto and its sardines in saor, to Sicily, with tuna in caponata.

The tasting includes:

- Seared tuna 120g with vegetable caponata

  • INGREDIENTS

    Sardines, onion, vinegar, pine nuts, bay leaves, raisins, flour, extra virgin olive oil

    Cod 100g, potatoes, milk, butter, olives, capers, lemon zest, basil, parsley, soy, chives, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper

    Octopus, cauliflower, broccoli, barley, spelt, eggs, carrots, onion, celery, lemon, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil

    Tuna, potatoes, courgettes, aubergines, onions, tomatoes, pistachios, peppers, celery

  • ALLERGENS

    Fish, gluten, peanuts, sulphites, soy, sesame, nuts, milk

  • HOW TO PREPARE IT?

    Ready-to-eat dishes:
    - Sardines in saor
    - Cod salad with creamed potatoes
    - Barley and spelled with octopus and quail eggs

    Seared tuna with vegetable caponata:
    BAIN MARIE (RECOMMENDED)
    Pour water into a saucepan, immerse the closed jar, light the flame and bring to a boil.
    When the water has reached a boil, turn off the heat and let the jar rest in the water for 5 minutes before serving.

    IN THE OVEN
    Preheat the oven to 120°C, insert the open jar, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and heat for 5 minutes.
