HOW TO PREPARE IT?

Bring a pot of salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook for 6 minutes.
In the meantime, take a large pan, pour the contents of the jar, add 2 ladles of the pasta cooking water and mix without turning on the flame.
After 6 minutes, drain the pasta and pour it into the pan with the sauce, turn the heat to high heat and sauté for 4 minutes.
EGG PAPPARDELLE ALDO'S PASTA
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook for 2 minutes.
