Red sea bream and sea bass sauce 320g with pasta of your choice - for 3/4 people

Fresh cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, Tropea onion and basil are the ideal condiment with a Mediterranean flavor to accompany sea bream and sea bass fillets lightly sautéed in a pan and added last.

A very fresh and refined sauce.

  • INGREDIENTS

    Pasta, sea bream, sea bass, shellfish, olives, capers, spring onions, cherry tomatoes, celery, carrot, onion, oregano, garlic, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil

  • ALLERGENS

    Fish, gluten, shellfish, celery, peanuts, sulphites

  • HOW TO PREPARE IT?

    Bring a pot of salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook for 6 minutes.

    In the meantime, take a large pan, pour the contents of the jar, add 2 ladles of the pasta cooking water and mix without turning on the flame.

    After 6 minutes, drain the pasta and pour it into the pan with the sauce, light the flame over high heat and sauté for 4 minutes.

     

    EGG PAPPARDELLE ALDO'S PASTA

    Bring a pot of salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook for 2 minutes.

    In the meantime, take a large pan, pour the contents of the jar, add 2 ladles of the pasta cooking water and mix without turning on the flame.

    After 2 minutes, drain the pasta and pour it into the pan with the sauce, light the flame over high heat and sauté for 4 minutes.
